To provide the Caterer with a “quality, whole service approach” ensuring that they remain a totally satisfied customer.
- To liaise with the picture editor at the Caterer, establishing “The Brief” and their expectations of images for each individual business in terms of portraits, tangible aspects to each business and style.
- For Hospitality Media to assess and construct the photo shoot, considering all aspects and potential issues, such as timings and locations throughout the UK.
- To consider challenging locations and ensuring that appropriate equipment is taken to the shoot.
- For Hospitality Media to always take a sympathetic approach regarding busy service times.
- Appreciate that delivery of images has to meet deadlines and be prepared in the required format.
- Customer assurance that images are professionally archived.
- For Hospitality Media to reflect back to “The Brief” and to analyse its achievement and customer satisfaction levels.
