- To prepare images and send to the customer in their desired format via bespoke software – ‘Your Image Cloud’
- Appreciate that delivery deadlines in relation to images.
- Customer assurance that images are professionally archived.
- For Hospitality Media to reflect back to ‘The Brief’ and to analyse its achievement and customer satisfaction levels.
