- To assist with development of video strategy, if required.
- To liaise closely with the customer, establishing ‘The Brief’ and understanding expectations is a primary concern.
- For Hospitality Media to assess and construct the filming, considering all aspects and potential issues, such as timings and locations.
- To always take a sympathetic approach regarding busy service times.
- To select the most appropriate video maker that can work in challenging locations and deliver a superior service.
- To liaise with the customer on the editing and delivering files via bespoke software on ‘Your Image Cloud’ or alternative platform such as YouTube or Vimeo.
- Appreciate and work to delivery deadlines.
- For Hospitality Media to reflect back to ‘The Brief’ and to analyse its achievement, analytics and customer satisfaction levels.
