  • For Hospitality Media to assess and construct the “mechanics” of the video shoot, considering all aspects, such as any styling, models, interviews, video length and busy service periods.
  • To provide a videographer that can work in challenging locations and deliver a superior service.
  • To consider technical aspects such as the different environments between kitchen and restaurant in terms of lighting ie daylight and tungsten.
  • To engage in post production of the video, involving editing.
  • To liaise with the customer to find appropriate music to complement the video.
  • Appreciate that the delivery of the video meets with deadlines.
  • Customer assurance that all imagery is professionally archived.
