Chefs at Home Cookbook was one of the many major projects Hospitality Action put together, published a year on from the first lockdown and is already a massive success. The cookbook comprises a range (54 in total) of well-known chefs and two of their ‘lockdown’ recipes. We assisted the cookbook launch by creating video content. Chefs include Tom Kerridge, Raymond Blanc OBE, Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsay to name just a few, who have come up with over 100 recipes.
The Filming
This involved filming at the Rosewood Hotel and an interview with Jason Atherton, principal patron for Hospitality Action for the actual launch. Separate recipe demonstrations were filmed with Callum Franklin and Chantelle Nicholson. We also created Bar Talk with Tom Brown and James Cochrane, head to head chat about lockdown and the cookbook. These were all used to drive awareness on social media about the cookbook and drive traffic to Amazon and the Hospitality Action website.
The filming involved a three camera set-up and crew of three all filmed in a day at the Rosewood Hotel and the Holborn Pie Room. All filmed within a day.
100% of royalties from the sale of this book will go to Hospitality Action to help offer vital support to all who work within the hospitality industry in the UK.
