Dewberry Redpoint commissioned us to film the Public Sector Catering Development Day at the Hilton London Metropole in February. It involved filming from start to finish, from the chefs arriving, the cooking of the individual dishes and interacting with each other, as well as including pieces to camera with each of the chefs with pre-set questions. This was to be edited to be shown at the Public Sector Catering Awards night in April.
