Objective
The imagery required was of foodservice chefs using Kerrymaid products in a professional kitchen. Images were intended for an on and offline advertising campaign – The Smooth Finish targeting the Foodservice sector.
How
A kitchen location was hired at the Mission Kitchen, New Covent Garden. Models were selected by the agency and uniforms were sourced.
The Brief
A specific brief with a detailed shot list was delivered by the agency. This involved a range of shots that were split into two: ‘close up in action’ and ‘chef in action’. The extended brief included detail of the angle required, use of props, the required lighting, the composition of each shot, use of colour and focus range for each shot.
On location Production
A crew of two, including an assistant, Canon camera and a Bowens lighting system.
