The Oxford Market is based not in Oxford but slap bang next to Oxford Circus. They were needing fresh photography for their website and imagery for their social platforms. In addition, they wanted some video clips for social channels.
There was no time to carry out a recce so it wasn’t until we arrived could we establish any issues that would need overcoming. Through our extensive experience with location photography, the challenges are quite often lighting-related. This indeed was the case, as working with different light sources impacts the colour balance. This was addressed in post-production. In addition to this, there was a construction site adjacent to the restaurant which limited some of the angles available for the exterior photography.
The general manager was really helpful in so much that he knew exactly what shots he wanted, making our life easier and helping set the shots. A crew of two were on site which was essential to achieve desired production and outcome.
