Street XO
Dabiz Muñoz (3 Michelin star chef) opened STREET XO in Mayfair following on from DiverXO in Madrid (3 Michelin stars). It was this restaurant that helped put Madrid’s culinary scene on the gastronomic map, revolutionising Spanish cuisine. A fusion of Spanish and Asian flavours within an eclectic environment which we aimed to capture in the video. Sadly STREET XO has permanently closed in Mayfair due to a combination of Brexit and Covid-19 factors. Watch this space in the meantime or if you find yourself lucky enough in Madrid, buy tickets for a theatrical culinary experience. We loved capturing the theatre in the video with the surprise appearance at the end of Dabiz.
A day was spent filming with the team and several days grading and editing the video. Selecting the music was also key to add to the drama. Using Canon C300 MkII and Syrp rail.
